Does the site location offer the appropriate features (soil, drainage, sun/shade, parking, restrooms, etc.)?
What amount of new landscaping is needed for the area?
What is the budget for both the initial build of the playground and over time for maintenance?
How much time and money do you have available for ongoing maintenance and care? Will there be someone on-site to monitor any maintenance needed?
Does the playground surfacing and/or equipment you have in mind come with any type of warranty?
What local codes and requirements apply to the new play area?
Do you have a plan in place for liability?
